Link Up supports young people (10-19) to stay safe, healthy, get involved in community activities and to achieve things in their lives.
Mentoring gives the young people the opportunity to form a relationship of trust and honesty with an adult. Mentoring is about supporting a young person to set goals for themselves and being able to achieve them.
